About Us

MetroSolutions Limited is a consultancy company formed in July 2005 by Stanley Robertson and Dennis Li, with the aim of providing high quality engineering and management advisory services.

Stanley Robertson, CBE, FIEE, C. Eng., FCILT, has over 40 years of experience in engineering and safety management. He retired as Her Majesty's Chief Inspecting Officer of Railways in UK. He is Director and Executive Consultant of MetroSolutions Limited, responsible for the European market and in engineering services.

Dennis Li, MSc, CMILT, MInstTA, MIOM, has over 25 years of experience in operations and finance management. Before starting MetroSolutions Limited, he was Principal Consultant with the MTR Corporation Limited in Hong Kong. He is Director and Managing Consultant of MetroSolutions Limited, responsible for the Asia-Pacific market and in areas relating to strategic management, project management and operations management.

The two lead a team of consultants from different disciplines, all of which have over 15 years of industrial experience. They provide high quality solutions to our clients in the expertise of project management, operations management, finance management, contract management and interface management, training, documentation and international business.
